State Results: Encouraging Development of LIHTC Housing for Survivors

The map below shows states that are encouraging the development of housing for survivors. Through their QAPs, state agencies administering LIHTC can encourage developers to create housing targeting survivors and their needs, including providing key supportive services. The date indicates the first year that we saw that language appear in the state's QAP.
